Resources: TPS Direct

This summer, the Library of Congress launched TPS Direct from the newly designed Teacher’s Page. Thus far, there are six interactive, self- directed online modules that provide instruction on the following topic areas:

• What is a Primary Source?
• Introduction to LOC.gov
• American Memory
• LOC.gov resources for kids
• LOC.gov resources for teachers
• Analyzing Primary Sources
• Analyzing and working with Photos and Prints
• Using images in the classroom
• Analyzing maps
